Where you probably are right now

You already know something has to change.

Maybe you meant it every time. The promises aren’t the problem, and breaking them doesn’t mean you’re weak — it means willpower alone was never going to be enough, because this isn’t a willpower problem. It’s a medical one, and it responds to treatment, not to trying harder.
Tracking what you drank or used, covering the gaps, keeping the story straight, staying a step ahead of the people closest to you. It’s exhausting, and it’s quietly running in the background of everything. That energy is supposed to be yours. We help you get it back.
You have a job, a family, a life that doesn’t pause. That’s exactly why our program is built the way it is — fully virtual, mornings and evenings, from your own home. You don’t have to choose between getting help and keeping everything you’ve worked for.
The apologies have stopped landing. They’ve heard “this time is different” before, and trust doesn’t come back on words — it comes back on change they can see. That’s repairable. Our family program helps rebuild it, and you don’t have to do that part alone either.
This one stops more people than anything else. You don’t have to hit a bottom, lose everything, or match some picture of “how bad it gets” to deserve help. If it’s taking up this much space in your head, that’s reason enough. Waiting until it’s worse only makes it harder.

That last one stops more people than anything else. You don’t have to hit a bottom to get help. You only have to be tired of this.

From people who finished

People who were exactly as skeptical as you are.

“I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. I’m glad I did it. They taught me things about myself I didn’t know in 32 years.”

M.B. · IOP graduate

“I’m now happily married and expecting our first child. You guys make a difference — I hope you know that.”

The question everyone asks first

People who were exactly as skeptical as you are.

You’ll know your real out-of-pocket number before you commit to anything.

Most people

I have insurance

We work with most major carriers. Insurance typically covers treatment less your deductible and copay. Send us your card and we’ll verify your benefits and tell you the number.

No coverage

I don’t have insurance

Sliding-scale pricing and payment plans. Tell us what’s realistic for you and we’ll build around it. Nobody gets turned away for asking the question.

Private pay

I’d rather not use it

Some people prefer to keep a claim off their record. We’ll quote you a self-pay rate, no insurance involved, no questions about why.

The other big objection

“Can this really work through a screen?”

Research consistently finds virtual intensive outpatient treatment produces outcomes comparable to in-person care. But that isn’t the real reason it works.

It works because you actually show up. No commute. No waiting room. No parking lot where you might run into someone you know. You keep your job, you keep putting your kids to bed, and the program fits the life you already have instead of asking you to abandon it for a month.

We don’t meet on Zoom or FaceTime. Your sessions run on a platform built for medical care, with the same privacy protections a hospital uses. Your information is encrypted and handled under federal health-privacy law — not a consumer app’s terms of service.
Nothing you say in a session is saved, stored, or replayable. There’s no file of your worst day sitting on a server somewhere. What happens in group and in your individual sessions stays in that room, and then it’s gone.
You’re not dropped into an open call. Every session has a locked waiting room, and your counselor admits people one at a time — so the only people in the room are the ones who are supposed to be there. No wrong numbers, no strangers, no surprises.
Nobody uses last names. You’re never asked to identify where you work or live, and the people in your group know you by first name only. You get the support of other people who understand, without giving up your anonymity to get it.

Three ways in

Which one fits where you are.

Intensive Outpatient Program

For when you need real structure to stop.

Ten hours a week across three sessions, for eight weeks. Group therapy, one-on-one counseling with the same counselor throughout, and a family program your people can join. Built on the Matrix Model.

Supportive Outpatient Program

For when you have a foothold and need to keep it.

Five to six hours a week across two sessions, for eight weeks. Group work plus individual sessions. Most people step down into this from IOP; some start here.

Aftercare

For the part where most programs leave you alone.

Three hours a week, one session, free, for as long as you want it. Most relapses happen after a program ends — which is exactly why ours doesn’t. You’re never a former patient here.

What happens if you call

Three steps, and none of them are scary.

01

You call or text

A person answers. It’s a conversation, not an intake interrogation. About twenty minutes.

02

We check coverage and assess

You’ll know your cost and which program fits before you commit to anything at all.

03

You start

Groups run mornings and evenings, every day. You can be in one this week.

Sit in on a group today, as a visitor.

No paperwork, no commitment, no cost. Watch how it actually works before you decide anything.

Who you’ll be working with

Licensed, accredited, and doing this for 25 years.

Every therapist here is a Master’s or Ph.D.-level Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. You get the same counselor for your whole program.

The Joint Commission is the same body that accredits major hospitals, and it’s the highest independent seal a treatment provider can earn. It means an outside team inspected how we deliver care, protect your safety, and handle your information — and held us to a national standard. Most outpatient programs never pursue it. We’ve held it for years.
This is the state board that regulates counselors and chemical-dependency professionals in Texas. Our license means the state has verified our clinicians’ credentials and holds us accountable to its rules of practice and ethics. It’s the difference between a licensed medical program and an unregulated “coaching” service — a distinction that matters most when you’re trusting someone with your recovery.
LegitScript is the certification Google and Meta require before an addiction-treatment provider is even allowed to advertise. Earning it means we passed a rigorous background and compliance review proving we’re a legitimate, ethical provider — not one of the lead-selling operations that plague this industry. If you’ve ever worried about who’s really on the other end of a rehab website, this is your answer.

For the person who’s been holding it together

If you’re here for someone else.

You’ve tried reasoning, pleading, threatening, and covering. You’re exhausted and somehow you’re the bad guy.

Our family program is included. You’ll learn what actually helps, what quietly makes it worse, and how to stop carrying this by yourself. You can call us before they’re ready — most families do.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask us.
Your treatment is protected health information. Sessions are never recorded, waiting rooms are locked, and group runs on first names. If your situation involves a court or employer referral, we’ll walk you through exactly what does and doesn’t get reported before you enroll.
Insurance typically covers treatment less your deductible and copay, and we work with most major carriers. Without insurance, we offer sliding-scale pricing and payment plans. Either way you’ll get a real number before you commit.
No. That’s the entire reason this program is built the way it is. Groups run mornings and evenings so you can keep your job and your routine.
Relapse is part of recovery — very few people finish without one. We use a tool called an Autopsy of a Relapse to work out what happened and how to handle that situation differently. You don’t get thrown out for being human.
Studies find virtual intensive outpatient programs produce outcomes comparable to in-person treatment, and attendance is usually better because nothing gets in the way of showing up.
Very common, and we treat it alongside the substance use. If you present with something that needs a higher level of psychiatric care, we’ll refer you to the right provider rather than keep you here.
Aftercare, free, for as long as you want it. Three hours a week, one session. Most people stay connected for a long time.
